I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I HAVE DIETED IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS AND FAILED, I WILL MOST LIKELY FAIL WTH THIS DIET TOO. I WILL NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY CONTROL OVER MY EATING BEHAVIORS AND THIS WILL END UP LIKE ANY OTHER DIET. I WILL LOSE LEAN BODY MASS AND WRECK MY METABOLISM.
